Bumper, rear, T2 09/58-07/65 EUR pure metal

We thought it was time to bring back the "diamond-cut" bumpers. Exactly, in the last 3 years of production of the split-window buses, the bumpers were of a different design. After the pressed bumpers, in 1959 the VW factory started to equip the buses with a larger and stronger bumper. After the broken line (slanted line, slash), the bumpers were freely called beveled. In the 1966 model year, Volkswagen changed the ends of the bumpers of the buses and called them diamond-cut. No one has ever produced this type of bumper before, BUT BBT has! The sheet metal is deep-drawn from one piece within our SWT program. Finally, it is given a decent L82 silver-white paint finish that matches most buses. Soon, more "diamond cut" bumpers will be produced by BBT in this paint finish.
