Brake pedal spring T1,KG -08/57

The brake master cylinders of our classic cars are all equipped with a return spring to return the brake master cylinder to its original position after manipulation. However, this spring is not strong enough to return the pedal to its original position. Therefore, the Type 1 and the Karmann Ghia -07/57 are equipped with a spiral steel spring around the pedal shaft to return the brake pedal. Due to the spring being located under the bodywork and close to the master cylinder filled with corrosive fluid, the spring is very susceptible to corrosion. It can easily become damaged, stuck or broken, so you can no longer use the brake pedal. Now you can replace the spring with a good new reproduction.
