This plastic tensioner is in the Beetles after 1972, in the Luxus T2 buses, in the T25/T3 buses, in the Golf 1 when the windscreen rubber is tensioned, or all around. These were called the De Luxe version. The plastic has a nice chrome effect, in factory quality. Before use, it is advisable to put the tensioner cut to size in a bucket of warm water and this will make it very easy to work with it in the next 5 minutes, it goes where I want.
