The metal profile of the window support rail fixes the window (a rubber band between them provides good grip), which results in the metal rail being under tension throughout its entire service life. Metal under tension wears out and gets tired. So after enough years of service, the tension disappears from the window rails, mainly due to corrosion at the ends (this is where it mainly starts). Your window no longer closes smoothly, it gets stuck and clicks... it's time to replace the window rails... and it's already available at your nearest BBT dealer! The rubber to use is 0362-1.
