The carburetors of the 1600cc Beetle buses are now over 50 years old. The butterfly shaft is worn out and none of the nozzles are in any way in line with their original dimensions. Unfortunately, they have eaten their fill, but there is a solution, and it comes in three different qualities. There is an ECO for the smaller wallet, but it also works perfectly well, then there is a BBT of another quality from somewhere in the Solex-Brosol line and there is an Empi from the USA. So you can choose from three types of carburetors for the 34 mm throat. If you put a new carburetor on, you cannot make it not work well, you just have to fine-tune it due to environmental settings.
