The seat release button and guide, which we have now included in our range, are essential components that allow the seat to be released and pulled forward. In this way, only passengers can occupy seats in the rear of the vehicle. The button and guide are located on the outside of the front seat backrest on the Type 1 and Karmann Ghia, while on the Type 2 buses from 08/67 to 12/69 they are also used to release the 2nd row of seat backrests.
