Converting a 6V wiper motor to 12V is quite easy with this wiper rotor. The rotor is easy to install. The 2474-500 is only suitable for original SWF wiper motors fitted to Beetles and Karmann Ghia manufactured between 58-66 and buses between 55-64. The part number 2474-510 is suitable for NON SWF wiper motors.

Since these seals dry out, crack or flatten due to age, there is a chance of water leakage.
