0799-004 is the cable that goes through the hub, and the cable that goes through the 0799-005 cable on the double disc. All torsional Beetles have this, after 1965!! There are two cheaper versions of this cable, the 2695 and the 2695-Eco versions. The 2694 clip will hold it in place in the grease cap.
