The Type 1 Superbeetle (1303) 08/72 dashboard was a definite step forward in terms of design, functionality and safety, but for many Beetle enthusiasts it was a step backwards in terms of aesthetics. The beautiful painted metal dashboard was no longer visible, so there was less of a vintage look. The modern-looking dashboard contains a number of PVC parts that are subject to loss or damage over time. PVC samples from stock are a solution if you want to replace these lost items.
