These locks were on the sliding door of the T2 B from August 1973, when the lock came out of the handle and was moved 10cm lower in the door. The corresponding seal in the door, or the seal around it, is 0723-650. The handle above it is 7570-085 in chrome and 7570-086 in black and its seal is 0723-610.
