We mount the stabilizer bar on the chassis head, which was attached with a M8x1x30 DE thick thread on the original 1302-03 until 73, then the 1303s from 74 have M10x1x30 and the thick thread has remained here, but on the aftermarket chassis heads the thread formed here is now a standard 10x1.5x30mm, please take this into account. This roof is on those Beetles with standing lamps that do not have a rainwater collector in the trunk or a grill in the middle of the trunk roof in front of the windshield. This was typical of Spar cars. From August 67 until there were torsion bar Beetles on the market, e.g. Mexican Beetles are also included here.
