Air deflector plate, Originally used on CT engines and air-cooled T3/T25 buses. However, we use it with great pleasure on 2220 normal Type 1 engines, especially when tuning. I recommend it to all engine builders. We offer these in pairs and from stock.
The back of the alternator holds the cooling fan, or at least it does on the Type 1 engine. We now offer the nut that holds the fan in place on the alternator! A very specially designed nut that VW has used on all Type 1 engines for almost forever. Get your replacement now. It is assembled with parts 2209, 2209-101, 2209-102, 2209-103.
Finally, a quality, a product that we can be proud of. In the past, you could get many parts, but none of them were a lasting solution, this one is. The additional parts are 2160, 2165, 2169, and the oil filler neck is 2161-550.
This pipe is used to conduct preheated air from the engine to the air filter. This pipe is often missing and the hose is only loosely pushed into the hole, as a result of which the hot air is not conducted properly, and/or the hose hangs loosely in the engine compartment and does not work efficiently enough. The pipe is made of 50mm diameter pipes, of which you will find many on the site, starting at 1095.
